She is very responsive and fast-acting, knows what to look for in terms of potential red flags of a property, educated us on any aspects of the purchase we were unfamiliar with, connected us with all third parties or even arranged appointments directly with them on our behalf (lawyer, inspector, etc.), always gives an honest opinion and is very trustworthy, negotiated very well and addressed all our concerns, and has really great knowledge of all the different neighbourhoods/markets in the Victoria area. She is also very fun to be around which is a big bonus!!
